Order Processing Time

All our products are custom-made upon order. We typically process orders within 2–5 business days. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Estimated Delivery Times

Our products are produced and shipped from facilities closest to your location, thanks to Gelato's extensive network of over 140 production hubs in 32 countries. Delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Norway: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to factors such as customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We do not offer free shipping at the moment, but additional items of the same product will ship together for a reduced shipping price.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey in real time.


Delays and Issues

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we recommend waiting for two business days beyond the expected delivery date. If it still doesn't arrive, please:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information.
