Refund & Return Policy

We strive to ensure that every product brings a smile to your face! Because our items are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. However, your satisfaction is our priority—please reach out to us with any concerns, and we’ll work to make things right.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at yuna@irisdegnes.com if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item is damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong product.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A photo of the item and the issue.

We’ll evaluate the situation and either replace the product or offer a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Items ordered by mistake.

Exchanges

Need a different size or design? While we don’t process direct exchanges, we encourage you to contact us with your concern. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue as best as possible.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Please note:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Contact us at yuna@irisdegnes.com to initiate a return under this policy.

Refunds

If a refund is approved (e.g., for a damaged or incorrect item), we’ll notify you and process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
